I need to have my VideoSolo reset so I can use it for my work I have sent numerous emails, and NO ONE ANSWERS! Their support is very poor. Customer support said they have sent for a reset (reference #261528) in 3 business days and NOTHING. Last week I tried to use it on my new device (which I purchased it for as I have VideoSolo previously for another device), and I keep getting 'Registration Code has already been used' Error code 4101. PLEASE HELP! I purchased Videosolo through Paddle on October 21, 2022, Order # 24613744 - Completed. NOTE, I PURCHASED TWO LICENCES UNDER THE SAME E-MAIL. I NEED TO HAVE THE OTHER LICENSE PURCHASED IN APRIL 2021 FOR MY OLD COMPUTER REACTIVATED WITH A RESET. The reset e-mail was sent (for October 2022 license purchased), which I requested, and it's working now on my NEW laptop, BUT instantly after the VideoSolo on my old computer was deactivated. Both licenses were purchased under the same e-mail address. UPDATE: HELP! HELP! HELP! VideoSolo: I have TWO LICENCES I have paid for, one in April 2021 (which I use on my old Laptop) and the other on October 2022 (for use on a NEW laptop). My only feedback to videosolo is the timeline to respond to issues should not exceed 24 hours, and this should be one of your metrics. My issue is now resolved, and I am happy. The delay was due to an extra 'n' being in one e-mail address which created some challenges. This is the DEFINITION OF FRAUD AND THEFT by shady internet companies.UPDATE: The Support Team at Videosolo has worked tirelessly to resolve my issue. They(VideoSolo and Paddle”dot”net/com) STILL have NOT fully refunded the amounts that were illegally charged to my card and STILL feign ignorance of any problems with there labyrinth customer support/cancellation system that is INTENTIONALLY designed to make it impossible to cancel whatever fraud of a service they claim to have provided. This is straight theft, this company’s a scam…UPDATE: the response from the company below is a smokescreen they received my numerous emails and requests for refunds and only responded when I started calling out n AS WELL AS.
